I've been commuting to work at a new base since June.

Just wanted to say thanks to all the Southwest crews who have let me ride their jump seats. You guys are always very welcoming and a true class act.

Many thanks!

If I had anything to do with it, you're welcome! Let us know you're an an A-nutter next time!

I fly really fast and take a lot of chances.

I agree. I've been flying 121 for a year and a half now and Southwest is by far the most accomodating and helpful airline to jumpseat on. I am always treated very well and most of the time just like one of the crew. Thanks Southwest!

Although I have never jumpseated on Southwest (I live in base), I have used them to ZED my wife and I. We are always amazed at how much nicer we are treated versus the airline I work for. Flight attendants and gate agents at my airline for the most part look down on us (I fly for a wholly owned subsidiary) and make us feel as though we are a burden to them. Southwest is like a breath of fresh air. I also like how the automated system lets us list and tells us the odds versus the unknown factor with other airlines.
