Hey guys

Ive noticed just after an FR 738 lands a sound like an air pistol firing comes whizzing by.

Anyone know what actually causes it?

Thanks in advance

I've never noticed a special sound when landing on a 738 in comparison to other airplanes. Every plane makes different sounds which may come from different parts of the aircraft (landing gear, reversers, spoilers, etc.). It's difficult to know.

Hmm.. Probably the sound of all the tyres blowing up after the plane is slammed on the runway... or what Ryanair pilots call ¨Landing¨

I think, therefore I don´t fly Ryanair.

I believe the noise is of the air being rushed around in vortexes. Not only would you hear it, but in the mist you also see it...
