Just came back from a shopping centre. I just saw 2 Korean Air's 747SP (HL-7456/7457) on Docker's advertisement.

I take it that Docker's are made in Korea then? Regards.

What was the theme in the ad? I didn't know Korean still operated -SPs. I still think it kinda funny that we still see many 741s and 742s in magazine and television ads. You would think that they would be using a 744 picture instead. Just goes to show that the majority of the population doesn't know the difference from one 747 to the next. "A 747 is a 747" But c'mon you have to notice a difference with the SP. I mean, man, that is one stumpy lookin' plane.

Just one question: Am I the only crackhead that thinks the 747SP is a very unattractive plane? Most people say they like it. I haven't ever flown in one.

I think the sp looked weird the first time I saw it. But now I'm used to it and I like it. Esp. in Qantas colors! Big thumbs up

I don't think they have any in operation. Maybe they are some of the ones in storage at the Evergreen facility near Tucson.

Thanks CXA330. Do you think Dockers had to pay Korean Air to photograph these a/c or just ask permission?
