Is JAL A Good Option BNE-Tokyo / What Aircraft?

Hi People,

Thanks for openning this post.
Anyway, to the topic: Is Japan Airlines the best option to get to Tokyo Narita from Brisbane International?
Does it stopover and what aircraft does it use?
It is certainly the cheapest - about 1 grand more cheap than Qantas.

Anyway, are there better options? How is ANA and what is their site?

Hi, I know that JL762 which is a direct flight from Brisbane - Tokyo is probably your best option. Other than that you have Qantas from Brisbane - Cairns - Tokyo which would definately take much more time. Good luck in finding a ticket to Tokyo and I am sure you will enjoy Narita, lovely airport  Big grin

Oh I almost forgot. The aircraft used is a 747 of JAL. I think it is a -300. The aircraft passes by Townsville around 11AM every morning so I'm guessing it arrives in Tokyo on pretty good time.
