This morning, four Miami Air 737s and a North American 757 flying with a Miami Air callsign landed at SAN. Anybody know why? They all parked at Landmark Aviation. The 757 is flying now as a North American flight to Honolulu.

The flightplan for the 757 is filed to Hickam AFB instead of HNL, so I would guess that it is some variety of a military charter. The base and HNL share runways.

UAL sent a 744 to HNL from ORD yesterday then up to FAI. It went out as a RCH (Reach) AMC callsign. I can almost bet it went to HHN then onto to KWI.

Hey guys,
I can tell you that 2 of the 737-800's came in from LSE this morning. They were operating charters for a local company. Departed LSE at 0730 and 0930 this morning.

I'm glad I searched for this before posting- I'd never get an answer otherwise.
Now I know what's going on. There are five of those 737s here now, BTW...

Cool to see something different down there at SAN today!!!

Classic planes, Classic trains, and Studebakers~~ what else is there???
