Six Killed In Light Aircraft Crash In South Africa

News reports from South Africa indicate that six people have been killed in a light aircraft crash in Johannesburg. No link currently available.

The single-engine aircraft crashed shortly after take-off from Rand Airport near Johannesburg.

May they RIP.

The aircraft was apparently a Saratoga and had "enough fuel to fly for five hours." The victims are four women and two men, their bodies have been burned beyond recognition.

The aircraft took off, and declared an emergency before crashing.

I just hope for the sake of the poor souls on board that they died instantly on impact, as the wreckage is described as burnt-out.
