October has been a bad month here. Just in the last week there have been 4 crashes with 11 fatalities.

On October 5 a Britten Norman BN-2A-26 Islander crashed into a mountainside killing all 9 on board.

6 people were killed on Tuesday when their Piper Saratoga got into difficulty just after take off from Rand Airport near Johannesburg. The plane crashed while attempting to return to the airport.

This morning another plane crashed near Phalaborwa in the north east of the country killing the pilot.

Let's hope that things calm down now and we have no more.

After Monday and Tuesday even the calendar says WTF...

I just heard on the radio that there was another accident this morning! Two people were killed when a training school aircraft crashed south of Johannesburg.
