Well, in one year Ryanair will grow from 3 to 7 bases in Italy, 3 of which are on the islands. I expect TPS to attract quite some tourism to Sicily, although it will also attract VFR-traffic, which is particularly strong from Germany and Belgium. During the summer, you can find Belgian and German cars in every little village in Sicily, of people returning to see their family.
Not unexpected, considering the routes were removed from the booking system already. Also, some routes were also offered from BLQ, which I expect to be higher-yielding.
I have my doubts about the loss of tourism spendings in Emilia-Romagna as a result of not making a base in FRL. Only domestic routes were offered and I expect these routes to attract mainly VFR and business traffic, but not so much tourism spendings. Well, it's a standard copy & paste text they include in every announcement of stopping services.

Heres what I get as schedules for TPS using the FR booking engine. Cant find the 2nd daily CIA, BRE or HHN though. DUB doesnt appear to start until June. There is also a gap for one aircraft on a Monday and Friday afternoon
