The main impact will be financing. ILFC is getting part of the federal funding though. Since they are the largest buying of aircraft, that should provide some stability:

His last month's newsletter suggested that there is a lot of money floating out there with no place to land, and that profitable airlines and leasing companies are likely to attract it. I did not see any discussion of this on last month or this.

We also will see some airlines postponing their deliveries considering current demand levels. So i expect a 10% reduction (at least) on 2009 deliveries.
