Could FedEx Feeder Start Flying To LOZ?

First of all, before I ask my question.... Any guesses as to where LOZ is? Yes, I know the answer. I'm just curious as to know if anyone else does too. This an airport that does not have any passenger airline flying into it. From what I understand, US Air flew there many years ago or maybe it was Piedmont, I'm not sure.

Anyway, if you haven't guess, the answer would be London, Kentucky. My question is all FedEx freight is flown into Knoxville and then trucked up to London. London seems to be a primary sort facility for Eastern and Southeastern Kentucky. Would it not be feasable to fly a feeder aircraft directly in to LOZ like an ATR or Cesna 182. That way it would save alot of time that the truck would take to come up from TYS.
