Folks,

Here's a bit of light relief following yesterday's incident (hopefully not literally, try and at least contain yourselves long enough to read the article and look at all the pictures!).

FR have compiled their new calendar, featuring some of their most gorgeous employees. I have to say, I like it much more than last year's offering - I'm a particular fan of 'Miss Mechanic'.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...oaring-strip-charity-calendar.html

Also, amusing and typical FR arrogance to send copies to those mentioned in the 'news' item (not sure if this really qualifies as news, or if the Daily Mail deserves to be called a newspaper).

Anyway, hope you like looking at it - I sure did. Any opinions on whether they should/shouldn't do this sort of thing and why? I don't really see any harm in it, although it clearly riles a few people out there.

Enjoy!

Regards,

Mr R. Jet

Bearing in mind the incident yesterday, I can now see the problem, just look at the size of that "Bird" about to go into the engine  Big grin

LOL. I think this calendar sums up FR. Very tacky! A typical O'leary thing to do. I assume they'll be 'pimping' their calendars in flight.

Just thought of the next FR surcharge; for an extra £2/head the cabin crew will do the trolley service in their bikinis  eyepopping

Please, it's a good idea...

1) It's for charity

2) Why not get your gorgeous staff to pose if they want to?

No issues with it whatsoever... and considering they raised €70,000 last year for charity, I think it's excellent  Smile If it was to add to FR's bottom line, I'd be singing a different tune, but as it is, I think it's good.

I do quite enjoy a spot of flying - more so when it's not in Economy!

Gosh, so prim-and-proper. If it makes money, generates publicity, enables a laugh, why not? The fact that it has caused outrage by some makes it all the more better.  Big grin

Fair point, but you shouldn't be looking at what she's holding! I'd rather look at her  Smile

Agree. However, do they really make nothing out of it themselves?
