A Royal Jordanian airliner with 163 pax on board made an emergency landing in BEG this afternoon after loss of cabin pressure.

Emergency services met the aircraft on landing. All pax and crew OK.

More info to follow...

Don't have that info yet... airport was on full emergency stand-by and the aircraft is inoperative. A new RJ aircraft has been dispatched from AMM to take the pax onwards to their destination.

Passengers have been taken by BEG airport staff to the terminal and provided with meals and refreshments and medical personnel are at their disposal. Again, a job well done by BEG emergency services and ground staff.

That's right, an A313 of RJ in BEG again after a very long time, they used to be a regular and common sight here.

I was at Ada, and I saw A310 landing in BEG, and wondered what the hell was it doing here...

Yes, read it in the local papers here..not much details. RJ was a common sight at BEG in the 70s and 80s as many Jordanians were studying at universities in former Yugoslavia.
