Can anyone please tell me who the best (and cheapest) airline is to fly from Toronto, Canada to London, England

If you want the best, VS will fly YYZ-LGW soon. If you want the cheapest, my best is on C3. BA and AC have some promotional fares on now as well, so check into those.

Also look into Royal and Air Transat. You shouldn't suffer from any lack of selection in this route. I hear Virgin's fare will be close to $1000- which isn't that cheap.
