Okay, well, I'm just plugging around burning time and saw something different.
I''m in between checking flight status for clients enroute right now and part of our work is ensuring that upcoming legs on their journey are operating as scheduled, so, I then look at weather vs airport ops and then find/watch inbound a/c that will become the flights to their segments after a ground turn, and basically up until the point of client departure, I backtrack the aircraft designated to their flight and find it flying all day and hope to ensure that as it gets closer to our client's itinerary, that hopefully all goes well and client enjoys seemless travel. Time consuming, not hard, but challenging mostly and fun if you enjoy the airlines.
But anyways, popping around and saw operations in Reno, and noticed a couple of flights that I hadn't noticed before, and not really mentioned ever but my guess would be casino charters. Earlier I was actually on the Reno Airport sight looking at FIDs and saw a "HORIZON" Boise departure with a long delay. Searched and searched and thought maybe a/c diversion from L.A or SMF, but no, not so much, gave up. Just went back, and here it is, not Horizon, but actually Skywest, and it actually being flown with a Brasilia, an EM2, so that has me questioning my casino charter thought now.
So, like I said, kept playing around, and then I see the ExpressJet flights to/from BFL. Okay, knowing they did serve RNO previously through their branded operations, but that being from GEG/ONT/LGB, I'm thinking this might be a charter because ExpressJet did have a track charter program for a while that offered daily flights ONT-IFP (xsat), but that Brasilia flight has me puzzled. Just because I would think if a casino, they'd go for a larger regional jet size wise at least, but who knows these days, right? Anybody have more info on these flights and if they are charters who for, and other charters known of into RNO like these besides the Allegiant ops that have been running for sometime now.

I'm guessing the SKW charter had something to do with the Boise State game against Nevada yesterday in Reno. It flew BOI-RNO on Friday and returned today.

Yes, the Skywest was a charter for the Boise State game. The return was delayed to fog in Boise Sun morning. I saw said EM2 arrive and noted that I hadn't seen one here in a long while.
It was a nice morning to work. Our (WN) first arrival came in at just after 1pm due to fog. Gotta love the (almost) winter time!!

Thank you for responses, I'm still trying to find ExpressJet listed for service on charters through the major hotels, no luck, but when I saw the EM2 charter, that's what caught my eye more and the delay on the RNO FID made me look into it.
