Yes, Korean Air currently operates thirteen MD80s; they lost one in March. The type has been operated since 1985, replacing 727s. The airline intends to replace these aircraft (and, I believe, the F100s) with 737NGs, with delivery starting in April 2000 (-700s, leased from GECAS) and August 2000 (-800s new from Boeing). It is also one of only four (CO, AS, KL, KE) airlines to have ordered the -900.
