Keep up the Good Work
Quote: Continental Airlines Inc. topped the rest of the country’s “big six” airline carriers in most measures of customer satisfaction, according to a new study from Zagat Survey.
Among other carriers, Virgin America and Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE:LUV) won accolades in the survey of 9,950 frequent fliers and travel professionals.
Zagat Survey said Continental (NYSE: CAL) was the best of the large carriers in terms of customer satisfaction on premium-class flights. The airline also was named the best value among all carriers for international flights.

I never flew on a WN plane, but my first flight with CO this year (TXL-EWR) was my best flight i ever had.
Perhaps i would say something else about this 8 hour 757 ride, but the middle seat was empty, so i had no complains about space and the FAs were the nicest crew ever, even better then the Thai crew many years go.

Why not mention the fact that JetBlue received recied three top honors?
- 'Best Large Domestic Airline' for economy class,
- 'Best Inflight Entertainment' for domestic flights
- 'Most Eco-Friendly' airline
In addition, JetBlue was ranked second in the survey's 'Value for the Money' category, and third in each of the 'Website,' 'Consumer On-Time Estimates,' and 'Luggage Policy' categories.

Dare I ask who was at the bottom of the list? (I'm guessing US?)
I'm not surprised that CO, WN and B6 top the list (and I think VA is up there too); they have consistently been at the top for the last few years - and let's not forget that CO's success is all the sweeter because there was a time when it was right at the bottom - surely a message to those carriers currently at the bottom (which they don't seem to have taken up).

My favorite airline for domestic (WN) scores well and my favorite for international (CO) scores well in the international section. Nice going guys
As I'm taking my first B6 ride this week I'm looking forward to trying the airline that edged out WN for best domestic economy. (anyone else see the irony that the best domestic economy airlines are those that not long ago were viewed as the Low Cost cheap airlines with limited services on board - B6 LiveTv notwithstanding)
