I was looking at the pictures on airliners.net today and saw a bunch of UA 777 pictures. I almost messed in my pants! When did United get the 777? It must have been within the last month or so, because I haven't heard anything about it.

United Airlines is the worlds largest operator of teh 777, and they are also the longest running operator of the 777. With aircraft N777UA as the first in their fleet, they have set the example for operating standards on the 777. Many airlines have followed UA and BA (the launch customers). Those airlines include: AirFrance, Singapore, JAL, American, Delta, Continental, ANA, and so on.
United Airlines is now flying 777s over the Pacific, and the Atlantic. They are also sending them to South America. While the 777 is the flagship in the United fleet, it has showed that it is the best aircraft in United's international fleet.
