this was a Delta 767 returned off lease, and presumably then re-leased (or sold) to Ryan International, and obviously keeping -- for now -- it's old Delta registration.
The date of transfer was 12/3/200y, or just over a year ago.

looks like it was a military charter, came in as callsign RCH823 no info on where from unfortunatly. maybe it was a diversion from RAF Mildenhall or RAF Lakenheath?? just a thought

More than likely returning fuel stop from middle east after dropping troops and ferrying back. I sure do miss those long haul ferry flights
