B6 Fuel Diversion Leads To Arrest Of Intoxicated Pax

Early this morning, the Salt Lake City field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) responded to JetBlue airline flight #0359 from New York’s JFK International Airport to Burbank, California. The flight diverted due to an intoxicated passenger who caused a disruption during the flight.

I'm not meaning anything against B6 at all by that, it's just a casual observation that B6 tends to either have more incidents like this, or the media/this forum report on them more.

Seriously it's just you. I've seen posts about similar incidents on SWA, UAL to mention a few as well as on foreign carriers. B6 has no more no less.

Yes, it was, and the headline is misleading as the flight was diverting, and the drunk pax got mad about it and got arrested. He did not cause the diversion…

Times have changed I had a nearly identical situation happen as a new FA right before 9/11. The crazy pax was coddled and allowed back on even though it took two cops, the captain, FO, lead FA, CS rep, and a CS supervisor to calm him down.
