KL and LH do for sure. Not sure about other european airlines. And if you wanna go to KUL, MH is not a bad option (or SQ or TG for a one stop service)

Whats the deal with KUL / MH being so protective over who flies into that hub? BA/QF seem to have had the door slammed shut in their faces with resepct to KUL. Any ideas?
