Wow, nice long vid - haven't even got 1/4 way through it yet and I'm glued to the screen. So far my favorite line: "and we're gunna maintain our height...57 and a half thousand feet"

Good find.
It's from a VHS/DVD with featured the inbound and outbound legs of a routine service in Aug 1996.
If you are at all interested in this aircraft, I highly recommend it.

Capt Rowland retired in 1999, so did the Engineer and the then F/O, Les Brodie, went on to Capt 777's, returning to captain Concordes and he was with us till the very end.
I flew on ones piloted by Les twice, the last full post maint airtest in August 2003, G-BOAE, then on the same aircraft on it's last ever flight, to retirement in Barbados three months later.

Even when this video was made nearly 13 years ago, most airliners were by then two crew / EFIS/EICAS cockpits.
Concorde wasn't as you can see, also having a much greater flight envelope than conventional airliners with many systems unique to this bird, made it a higher workload, sorry make that a more interesting flight deck experience!
