BRU May 2008 Cargo Plane Crash

In May 2008 a cargo plane (747) crashed on take off from Brussels Airport. Has there been a determination of what caused it?

Thats the latest I know of. A birdstrike was at least partially responsible.

Yes, I was speaking with CK's head of mx and he told me this. He also said the BOG crash suddered multiple bird striles.

No conclusive report is issued yet although in the last month it was reported in the media that a bird strike had something to do with the crash. But it's still waiting to the final report from the investigators.
