Trial Date Set For AF Concorde Crash

The Associated Press is reporting the trial date of CO for the AF Concorde crash is set for February 2, 2010. Employees of CO, the manufacturer of the Concorde and France's civilian authority are to stand trial for the crash that occurred in 2000.

What is is the status of the DC10 that was allegedly involved with the metal strip on the runway? Have there ever been security concerns by CO of their aircraft at CDG after the incident in 2000?
