Correct, as you stated, they are in "advanced talks"..

"“Dublin is another new destination for which we are waiting confirmation while we will increase Leeds flights from two to thrice weekly,” he added."

That would be sweet! They are probably going to be sending their A310's to STN.

yes the flights will be operated by a310's, their main reason for the flights being suspended last time was becuase the a310's were banned from EU airspacew and a triple 7 was far to big for the loads on this flight.

Yup...this would be a route where hopefully the A310 will make the route profitable.

Yes they do, but STN is a good alternative to LHR since PK only has "x" amount of slots at LHR.

What are these A310's like?

Do they offer a similar product to the 777's in the fleet?

I reckon a service with PK from LTN would work very successfully! Especially that Luton has one of the largest Pakistani populations outside of London, and could also attract people from Leicester with a short trip down the M1.

Didn't someone once try a Pakistan service from Luton a few years back? I don't recall who it was, but I do seem to remember that it lasted about five minutes....

Mm...I wonder if they carry an traffic rights Dubai-Stansted leg. If so, I hope they offer slasher fares then I'd consider flying them (surprisingly Biman doesn't offer cheap tickets on the route AFAIK).

Will PIA be considering ordering or leasing more 777'S in the future? Or would they consider A332'S to replace their A310'S and open additional routes that a 777 would be to large of a plane for?

PIA's original plan included adding three more 77Ws in 2011, dont know if its still up, they are however looking to add 10 more aircraft this year, dont know which types, tender for three A310 or A306 and 2-3 733 or 734 is at their website, entry into service by March if available.
