In some cases there are flights op by DL (equipment) but NW code, or op by NW (equipment) with DL code.

For example :

NW 792 PDX-AMS (NW's code, DL's equipment)

DL 832 JFK-ATH (DL's code, NW's aircraft)

I wonder if the fact that there are three flights to Paris and the the AF/KL partnership combined with being in the same alliance as AF/KL had anything to do with this? This is not a rhetorical question, I would like to really know the answer to that question.

Just checked nwa.com, and it is listed there. However a search on the same date on delta.com gives only one option of connecting in ATL.
