OK, so I was just re-reading this article dated Sept 11, 2007 and looked through the listing of "new routes" announced. I remember ther was a huge hooplah surrounding this announcement as it appeared significant new routes were to be launched by the end of 2009. Now with all the uncertainty going on it appears that hardly any of these will actually come to fruition.

Off the top I can see Hainan to Seattle and Berlin have started, but none of the others....
