400 departures as a brand, or mainline flights?

I hope the economy, and the Minnesota economy, stays strong enough for this to be a reality.

400 flights vs 187. That is a bunch of flights that have to be carrying paying passengers.

I don't understand everything I don't know about this.

Hopefully most of the 400 flights won't be regional. But I know that MSP won't be the next STL.

In the last agreement, a majority of the flights had to be 70 seats plus. I believe MSP is at about 400+ flights a day so this really wont change anything.

400 is minimum they must maitian. Lets not get bent out of shape saying that MSP wont be a major hub when it will continue to be. I believe that 400 was the minimum stated in the lass agreement too.

All and all, a win for everyone. I dont think DL had any real intentions of severely gutting MSP, but its always nice to have a little piece of paper that says they cant..

Long Live Memphis!

Great news indeed but not unexpected. I'm glad that MAC "woke up and smelled the coffee" on this issue.

this highlights that DL has overcome what many saw as a major obstacle and that DL is approaching this merger with the desire to burn no bridges despite the obvious excess capacity that exists in the industry right now.
