Three weeks ago Russian-American Investor Len Blawatnik sold a 19% stake in Air Berlin to an unidentified investor.
Normally any share-exchange in excess of 5% must be notified and the buyer published after 5 days. That has never happened. So any ideas where that package has landed ?

It's amazing this issue does not draw more attention ,since those 19% would represent the biggest single stake in Air Berlin on the market.
AB is now a significant airline with more than recent 120 planes in their fleet and more than 100 planes on order.AF would make a brillant move to buy into the second largest German airline, and would at the same time become a major player in Spain !!
But I have not found the slightest indication that it's the French who got the package. The worst thing that would have happened is that those shares ended up in the vaults of some obscure banks who have no clue about aviation.
