MSP Airport For Sale (Proposed)

Fox Business News is reporting today, two Minnesota lawmakers want to put the MSP airport and other real property up for sale. The report mentioned MSP (the cities) are is facing a financial crisis.

I'm curious how much lost airport revenue  dollarsign  can be traced back to the reduction of NW flights and or hub activity as a result of the DL/NW marriage.

IIRC the airports in and around metro Minneapolis - St. Paul are owned by the MAC. not the communities. MAC and only MAC can sell the airports.
