I'm planning a December trip, SFO-MCO. I have accumulated United frequent flier miles. However, UA calls DL a partner. Does this mean that I can cash in my UA miles for a free DL ticket? Additionally, what airline would you recommend for this route? I'm leaning towards DL because they use SO many widebodies on the route (762, 763, 764, 777, MD11) while UA would put me in a 727, 737, 757, etc... Thanks for the help!
