The May 1966 timetable (all Vertol 107s) shows

22 weekday nonstops JFK to the Pan Am building, fare $8, sched 10 min
19 JFK-LGA, fare $7
1 JFK-Pier 6 (Coenties Slip, Manhattan), fare $10
10 JFK-EWR, fare $12

10 LGA - Pier 6, fare $7, sched 6 min
11 LGA-EWR
11 Pier 6 - EWR

If you were connecting to many international airlines and most domestic (notable omissions: UA, NA) the fare would be reduced, maybe to zero.

Four hours before departure time, roundtrip excursion fares became available for sightseers-- "Up to a 40% reduction in fare is available, during off-peak hours, for a same-day round trip".

That service operated from 1965 to 1968 and was resurrected briefly in 1977 until an S-61 accident on the roof of the Pan Am Building killed 5 people, including a woman waiting for a bus 59 storeys below. History of that service in this article.

Does the timetable show any flights from Morristown NJ (MMU) to EWR at that time?

I know NY Airways did provide service to EWR from MMU during the 70s, just not sure if they did it during the 60s as well.

Not in 5/66, and offhand I'm guessing not later in the 60s either-- but I'll check. The 5/66 shows no nonstops other than the ones I listed above, plus their reverses.

In 1967 they added Teterboro and HPN-- those ended in early 1968, along with the Pan Am Bldg. Don't see any MMU flights up thru mid-1969; in 2/71 somebody was flying Islanders EWR-MMU, schedule 20 minutes; in 8/73 NY Airways had S-61s EWR-MMU in 9 minutes.

In 1957-58 they had three flights a day LGA-HPN-Stamford, one LGA-Stamford-- but only two flights Stamford-HPN-LGA. No indication what the other two arrivals did.
