Whenever I see the list of Delta subsidiaries it always lists DAL Moscow, Inc a 50/50 joint venture with Aeroflot. What exactly is it?

lol....nice!

Actually I think that DAL Moscow has been around prior to SU joining Sky. I have never quite been able to figure out what it is, does DL do their own ground handling in SVO? Maybe a loophole to get around Russian ownership laws for a ground handling business.

I did a google search and there's a posting on another forum about 1.5 years old that explains what DAL Moscow is. Not sure if I can post the link here since they could be considered a competing site. Will be more than happy to share via private message.

Always wonderers if this "last and final boarding call" is in fact THE last and final boarding call.

I think I saw the same thing regarding LOD FAs. However I was under the impression DL got rid of all their overseas FA bases. As such I think that poster was misinformed (or I am).

Correct. All pre-merger Delta F/A's are US based.

But just to add, they are all not from the US, some commute from all over the world.
