Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a search but couldn't find anything.
Now that Eclipse Aviation is in chapter 7, who is providing support and maintenance for the delivered frames?

Regards

Are there already aircraft grounded for the lack of maintenance?

Linear Air is forming Eclipse Services and Support LLC per http://www.aero-news.net/news/commbu...4C80-94E4-9B3B93BE5A12&Dynamic=1#d .

But the final entity who ends up with the type certificiate and other intellectual property will be determined by the results of liquidation.

PS Ask the owners of the 5 Adam Air A500's how it is going.

Who knows, I looks like every start up VLJ maker has gone out of business.  frown
