Quoting LH4116 (Reply 4): There was another video from the same guy, on the same plane showing the lower deck WBC cabin. And it appeared that it still had the old bins.
Sorry Jonas, i know this isn't going to sound obvious but he's talking about Qantas...and the 744ER. They're the only PAX carrier to use it (though just a handful of regular PAX 744s ordered post this period also have it. See China Airlines)
And the Answer to the Question is YES, they do. And they do on Northwest too now btw. It would appear that Heath Techna is the OEM manufacturer of these for boeing? Boeing's own 744 upgrade kit on its own website has a different style of bin. See Air NZ or Singapore for examples.

Quoting NWA757300 (Reply 1): I believe all 744s were to get new bins on the upper deck. They should be completed by now, the project was started a while back.
Quoting CompensateMe (Reply 2): The bins were updated in WBC only when WBC was updated awhile back. NW also installed modern bins in the DC-10-30 in WBC only when those aircraft were refitted in the late 90s/early 00s.
There we no "updates" done to any of the overhads on the 744, at least not in the last 11
years. These were the same overheads that have been on there for ages

Lol sorry I wasn't very clear I was asking if all the QF 744 have the new bins on the upperdeck, and if the NW ones had the new ones on the lower deck. All is good I got my answer!
Whilst it would be nice if DL refitted the NW 744s with the new bins I really don't think its such a big deal on the lower deck but they certainly need new wall laminates!!
That interrior looks clean and well maintained but not modern nor stylish, time for an refresh, curtains, carpets, seat covers (if there isn't going to be new seats that is) and wall coverings, I suprised these minor things won't be done during the repaint wouldn't take to long would it?
