Heard about this on the car radio on the way home just now. According to Eyewitness News, also came in on EK but this is unconfirmed at this stage. Police investigating whether there may be a link between Tuesday's bust and todays - but EK link unconfirmed.

Would be interesting to know where it actually came from as I do not believe that there are drug labs around DXB. Smile

Just speculating here - Tuesday's bust apparently originated in Pakistan. As the drums that the latest bust is packed in are very similar I would think the two consignments are linked. i would think that in the normal course of events, this "cargo" would have been routed through DXB to JNB. If this is so then there is a problem with cargo handling & clearing in both Pakistan and Dubai. I may be off base here - if some of our cargo experts can confirm how a shipment of cargo would normally be handled in a case like this.
