Scanderbeg Air will began from June 2009 charter flights from New York JFK direct to Tirana TIA and Pristina PRN. On the way back from Tirana TIA and Pristina PRN to New York JFK via Liege LGG. This way (JFK-PRN-LGG-JFK) same (JFK-TIA-LGG-JFK).
Fatmir is right they have one B767-200ER on maintenance and i heard they will add another B767-200ER too but i am not sure when.
Once a week to Tirana TIA
Twice a week to Pristina PRN

It's confirmed. They'll operate with a B767-200ER, ex-CA airplane. I really don't know about the other B767-200ER!

I might come but I am not sure yet it's still early and flights are still expensive to Pristina PRN I hope they will be cheaper for this summer, anyways will see.

What will happen to the aircraft after the 40 charter (round trips) will it be returned to the lessor or will the management team of Scanderbeg keep it for other charter work ???
This move doesn't really surprise me as two summers ago the people who used ATA metal said that they were very satisfied with the route but unfortunately straight after ATA went belly up as we all know.
On another note I presume that both these flights will have an ovenight stay in PRN and TIA respectively, or will they be arriving early morning and departing late at night ?????
According to an official statement:
Friday (JFK - TIA) --> Sunday (TIA - JFK)
Sunday (JFK - PRN) --> Tuesday (PRN - JFK)
Wednesday (JFK - PRN) --> Friday (PRN - JFK)

After 40 round trips they'll be looking for demands between these two destinations.
The last round trip will end September 10th, 2009.

I heard this person Mr. Ujkaj on the news he said when they end this trip in September 2009 they will try to continue direct flight from JFK-PRN-LGG-JFK at least once a week during winter season. He said we will try do our best then will see for winter season.

I hope so. But I don't want to sound too much optimistic.
This plane first was delivered to Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) in 08/10/1985. Hope they'll upgrade newer aircraft version as well. Such as a B767-300ER wouldn't be bad.

Thanks for the great news Fatmir.
I'm assuming Scanderbeg (BTW, horrible name for an airline) has a relationship with Sky King similar to what Adriatic Air Eagle had with ATA. So they won't lease any planes themselves, but outsource their complete flight operations to Sky King. Or am I wrong?
I would have thought that TIA's 9000ft runway would be enough so that TIA-JFK could be flown non-stop with the 767-200ER, but I guess not.
Two years ago these charters were very popular and profitable. The only complaint people had, had to do with the low frequency. I think I heard that one of the flights got canceled or was overbooked or smth, and people had to wait a whole week before flying, because there wasn't an earlier available flight.
