Routes For SU Tu-154s?

Hey all

I was curious if anyone could tell me what routes SU flies their Tu-154s on. I understand they're being retired soon, and I'd like to try to get onto one of their flights before they are retired. I might be going to Germany in the near future, and I was hoping they might be somewhere nearby (MUC, preferrably, but I believe PRG might be the closest..)

Thanks for your help.

As far as I know all routes to the EU are now A319/320/321. The nearest visa free country SU's Tu154s get is the Ukraine, but the best way to be sure of this is to look through the SU website - it's pretty good and if you click on the flight number you will see the aircraft type scheduled to be operating the flight.

SOF is operated by the 319/320/321.

As you're going to germany, fly on some cheap ticket to SVO or LED and your great bet is LED-SVO, although also operated with the 320, most flights are T154 scheduled and they have really good offers at the moment (around 130 eur r/t).

I'm looking right now.. LED is showing ONLY flights to SVO. I was hoping I might be able to find some odd connection like...say ORD-FRA-LED (or something) with a time between the FRA-LED leg so I could spend the time in Germany that I'm planning on, and then do LED-SVO-...LAX-MKE or ORD, or something like that. Is that really the only way I can get onto a Tu-154?

It is day 1 and 4 only.  Smile

One of the most exotic routes operated by SU TU5's was the twice monthly to LAD but now substituted with 763 equipment. Amazing!!!!!

What about other airlines flying the Tu-154?

What routes does FV fly them? Or S7?

Isn't S7 an all Airbus/Boeing fleet now? How about UT Air?

Theoretically, Ural Airlines will fly from May 30 weekly seasonal flights from BCN to SVX with T5M equipment.

Isn't the 320 used on that route?

Well its almost more fair to ask which russian airlines do not fly the t154?  Wink

Bst of luck getting on a TU-154.
That is a phenomenal aircraft to fly.  Cool
Try getting a window seat in the last 2 or 3 rows.
I flew Moscow - Istanbul on an Aeroflot TU-154 in 2006.
Sadly that route is now a A32something.
While in Russia, try to get a IL-62 or IL-86 flight as well.
