TAM's fleet projection has changed as it can be observed in the 4th Quarter 2008 results announcement that has been made today.
No especific announcement on an additional order of the 77W has been released, but the results are official, so those two additional 77Ws expected for 2013 must be really coming.
I checked on Boeing's website and a pair of unidentified 77W were ordered in December and another pair in February, so I presume either one of them must have been placed by TAM.
