This far out in advance, you never really can tell whether an airline will upgrade or downgrade a flight. But looking at the FlightAware data, this seems to be a the regularly scheduled a/c type for the route (The flight continues on to EZE so perhaps for equipment reasons, seeing as there are not too many CO 762 flights into/out of IAH, this flight probably doesn't get downgraded equipment-wise.) While this is during a holiday weekend, Saturday is the beginning of the holiday rush home (Sunday is the peak of the return trips.), so the possibility of the flight being on a different a/c type is lesser than say on Thanksgiving Day or that Friday (Those days would have a higher chance of the flight being operated by a smaller a/c due to lighter loads.).
