The Disappearance Of LTU

Hey guys,

out of interest, I did some research on how many LTU planes out there do still have a LTU-livery after LTU has been integrated into the Air Berlin company. I came up with the following result:

D-ALPA – Air Berlin livery
D-ALPB – new LTU livery
D-ALPC – new LTU livery
D-ALPD – new LTU livery
D-ALPE – Air Berlin livery
D-ALPF – LTU colors old
D-ALPG – Air Berlin livery
D-ALPH – Air Berlin livery
D-ALPI – Air Berlin livery
D-ALPJ – Air Berlin livery

D-AERK - Air Berlin livery
D-AERQ - Air Berlin livery
D-AERS - Air Berlin livery

D-ALTB - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTC - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTD - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTE - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTF - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTG - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTH - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTI - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTJ - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTK - Air Berlin livery
D-ALTL - Air Berlin livery


D-ALSA - Air Berlin livery
D-ALSB - Air Berlin livery
D-ALSC - Air Berlin livery

Unfortunately, there is only 1 plane still flying with the old livery, and another 3 planes which have the newer LTU-livery painted. All the others do already wear Air Berlin titles.

I thought LTU was up for sale? Unless its acquired by another airline and merged this could just be a low spot in the companies life.
