FYI,
STL had a thunderstorm roll through last night that dropped golfball-sized on the airport and the aircraft parked there. TWA has something like 30 aircraft there, and 22-25 were damaged badly enough to be grounded. As usual, the damages to composite structures and control surfaces was pretty bad.

Heard this on the news this AM here in Kansas City. They said flights will most likely be effected for at least a few days if not longer & that many MCI TWA flights had been cancelled. They said that 23 planes were badly damaged & inoperable at the time. Yikes.
I doub't your Trip will be affected Cle_tim if you're flying NW, it sounds like TWA was the main one with a problem.
