Aerogal Boeing 757 GYE Emergency Landing

The only Aerogal Boeing 757 made a succesful emergency landing back at GYE after one engine caught fire shortly after take off.
The plane was destined for Miami.

Any word on what caused the fire? Was it an actual fire or a compressor stall?

I was on board LP2631 from LIM on a 763. I noticed we were holding but with no explanations. We landed after a while 15-20 minutes or so. Once we landed, we could see the fire truck still driving around.

I know the very basics about compressor stalls..........I believe it´s not uncommon for Engine #2 (tail engine) on Trijets to suffer from this.
But I thought this was mainly the case with rapid changes of power on high altitudes.

Why would it happen during the ascend after take off at sea level?
How could such a shortage of air occur?
Does the 757 have a record regarding stalls??

Please people............shine a light in the dark!
