Aerolineas Argentinas Reaches Agreement with Sky Airline
AR now has an agreement with H2 that also calls for joint promotions, etc. in offering Sky's flights around Chile and to AQP in Peru. Currently AR only flies EZE-SCL, so this would be a way to increase their activity into Chile. From what I understand H2 has a lower price point than AR or LA, and H2 has a meal service and great Fa's. Using H2 could give an advantage to AR in this respect, giving a possibility to offer a base fare that is similar or better than other airlines. On the flip side, H2 pax might have a shock when connecting to AR flights where the services may not yet be up to par given its recent issues we all know.
The interesting point is that Sky Airline's website does not have Arequipa as a bookable destination. Yet, H2 flight 201 is shown from AQP to ARI
at Aeropuertos Del Mundo -www.aeropuertosdelmundo.com.ar/americadelsur/peru/aeropuertos/arequipa-salidas-llegadas.php
Does H2 only have a charter service into AQP, that they do not show it as a scheduled destination?
