Fair-use excerpt:

British Airways has held talks about a tie-up with Russia's largest domestic airline, according to sources in Moscow.

The UK flag carrier has held a series of meeting with S7, which operates international services to more than a dozen countries as well as on routes within Russia and other former Communist states.

Will anything come of this?

One World needs a strong Russian player to serve East Europe and the CIS. There were a lot of rumours related to BA and S7 in the past and I would not be suprised to see a partnership soon.

What will this mean for the (still not executive) codeshare agreement between S7 and AB?

Well that shouldn't affect AB-S7 relations. Or might even lead to a partnership between AB and OW. That would be great to cover Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
