The A330-200 looks great in the livery of bmi . I was waiting a long time for a pic of the bmi livery on the A330 and it looks great.

However, where are the 'british midland' titles?
british midland should be written between the big b & the big i (so it's over the big m).

I am sorry but I really don't like the new livery: it's too complicated and not elegant. The pale union jack is barely visible while it should be more evident and the overall is just complicated.
I know that an airline such BMI doesn't have to be rigorous and official like British Airways, but the previous livery was nicer and more original.
I'd have preferred just un upgrade of the previous one.

No offence to the photographers, but IMO photos haven't done the livery justice. If you see the new colours 'for real' in the sunshine, the aircraft look stunning!

Soooo much better than the orignal dated livery. Reminds me a bit of the Delta "Wavy Gravy" Livery. Could be me but i think it does. Very nice and long live "Bmi"  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I would guess the photo was taken at Toulouse. Or has bmi taken delivery of their first A330?

As for the Union jack, the fact the company being british does not mean it must carry one.



Personally I love it, i find it simple, but colorful. Elegant while different from so many "white-fuselage" based liveries.
