yes this is temporary livery. atlasjet will this aircraft to saudia leasing. when 180 hours in atlasjet flight is load, then can fly to saudia. in next month come 2nd A330 for atlasjet and then lease to saudia. I can not understand, can saudia not lease this aircraft direct from ILFC?

Lord have mercy!

Pink!  no

Uaawk,  vomit

Reminds me of a Phillippine Airlines flight years back on a leased Gulf Air A 340 that was using the original pink Gulf Air headphones. Of all colors - pink!  ill

I just wonder who makes that kind of decisions. Not that I care, since it is highly unlikely I will ever fly with Atlas, at least for as long as I have some say on who I am going to fly with.  sarcastic

Lets hope the Saudia paint scheme is going to replace the pink rather sooner than later  relieved

Cheers

Peter

It's not pink. The fuselage wears the Saudia colours. Saw that plane on Monday when I changed plane in Istanbul. Here is another picture: http://www.skyliner-aviation.de/viewphoto.main?LC=&picid=5713

This aircraft was already painted in SV colors, why has it been repainted to AtlasJet when it would be leased to SV in a short while?

And yes, why couldn't SV lease aircraft from ILFC themselves, did AtlasJet give them a better lease offer?

Its not matter of just the airplane. Saudia needs crews.

Such ACMI leasing which Atlasjet has previously done with A320s for Saudia provides a well timed and priced lift solution for Saudia. (off course I hear the Atlasjet employees hate the Saudi assignments)

Nothing wrong with pink, has the look of the desert, and beats white, white or white....
