I checked the previous threads about this KQ crash in Cameroon in 2007 but nowhere could I find the official cause. The plane was only 6 months old and crashed shortly after takeoff in some stormy weather. Here is the explanation from airdisaster.com without the actual cause. "The aircraft crashed on a scheduled passenger flight from Abidjan, Ivory coast to Nairobi, with a scheduled stopover in Douala, Cameroon. The Boeing 737 departed Douala just after midnight in stormy weather. A distress call was received by Douala air traffic control several minutes later.
The six-month old Boeing's wreckage was discovered approximately 36 hours after the accident in a mangrove forest about 12 miles from the Douala Airport."

The only "explanation" that I could find was in the database of Aviation-safety web site. The weather was bad at the time of takeoff with reported thunderstorms.
(Quote) The airplane took off at 00:05. The 737 climbed to an altitude of 3000 feet and, for undetermined reasons, descended and collided with the ground in a wooded swamp area. The aircraft nose dived with the ground at roughly a 45 degree angle.
