Ok, I am going to be the only one not praising this product. It is actually very difficult to sleep in given the amount of folds which kind of stick out. Notice, the product has 4 "breaks" into 5 sections ... and in my experience, it is harder to sleep than some other products out there. Again, I maintain ... I am probably a minority on this one. Having said that, a great improvement for Oman Air as it keeps its mission of repositioning itself.
Sometimes the service on little airlines in little countries can be surprisingly good. They seem more interested on providing a good quality product to a select market rather than loading up on debt and trying to become huge.
No, you are not the only one. This is a first class product branded as a business class one. At the business class genesis, all it was, was a domestic first class thrown in when 60+" first classes were in existence. IMO, first class should be similar to the product shown above. Business should have sleeping capability, but not lay completely horizontal. It should be a step below first, but obviously, a step above economy. If this is ones version of business class, then there should be no first class product.
Just when I think you've said the stupidest thing ever, you keep talkin'!
