Just another reason why the crash should not have happened. 9L knew darn well they were doing quite a few things wrong and they didn't do anything to correct it.

I just saw something about this on Studio B on Fox. The guy was on along with his lawyer. He said that he and another inspector were almost immediately assigned to a desk job after they made their original reports. Supposedly their supervisor said that Colgan "Was a good friend of the office" and that is why no action took place.
