Flightglobal.com continues a great tradition by producing a detailed cut out of the A350-XWB.

Clearly visible are the cockpit crew rest, overhead crew rest, egg shaped cross section, cockpit layout, stretch modification frames and sharp nose.

Made by Tim Bicheno-Brown.

A few days ago Max Kingsley-Jones of Flightglobal also produced an extensive article on the A350XWB with additional development news, innovations and detailed pictures and schedules.

I saw this a little while ago.

I didn't previously know the A350XWB fuse cross-section was an oval with only one axis of symmetry (egg shape cross section). I thought the fuse was a plain oval with 2 axes of symmetry.

Looks like a big 787.

oh boy!!!

Woaw, thanks for the graphic and the link. Exciting times are ahead with the FF of the 787, the roll-out of the B 748 and later the first picture of the A350 in the FAL.
